Don't know about the phone, but be a little wary of a new seller who has only sold three low value items, has only been selling for a week and who now has multiple high value items available at a knock down price.
I actually brought a Iphone copy about 3 to 6 months ago and it was fairly ok, I never really used it and I put it on a shelf with other 'gadgets' that I dont use.
If your that stuck on getting one PM me as I now have a Blackberry and couldt be bothered with the Iphone at all and we could discuss a fair price for the phone.
The Iphone copy comes with 2 batteries, life is about 7 or 8 hours on normal usuage, 4 or 5 using net and stuff, has a pen for using touchscreen and can be used with your fingertips
