I presume that MMDS uses a decoder box? In which case you may need a cable extension and another box. It may be that you are supposed to tell NTL that you want this and pay them for the installation and rental of another point.
I'm not sure what boxes you are talking about. But you probably need a two of the same sorts of MMDS receiver boxes and an additional cable run to the second point (from the antenna or tapped into the main cable run - not sure).Ye it uses one of them new dvr decoder boxes,looks like I have an ntl box in the bedrrom but when i connect into it the same as downstairs,i get bad signal etc....

You can always use a video sender, if you are prepared to watch the same channel that you are watching on your main TV.
