problem with car

My car has suddenly started to make a screeching sound that seems to be coming from the back right tyre area, every time i turn or am taking off from lights, any suggestion has to the problem. thanks in advance
 
Could be wheel bareing, although that would be more of a rattling sound?

If handbrake light also is coming on, it may be low brake fluid
 
ARe you sure it's from the rear? Usually a screech like this when you rev the car is a slipping fan belt.

Of course if you are spinning the wheels then it's just tyre screech.... ;)

Make sure you haven`t snagged a poor unfortunate cyclist on your rear bumper...they do some ferocious screechin`..!!:)
