NTL value digital package

Does the NTL value package in clude CNBC - thier customer support people don't seem to know !!!!

No you need at least select or max package.

Are you sure their website is accurate? They say basic package is 60+ channels but that link only shows 32 of them.

I already have NTL analog, dinjoe - I am fully aware of the problems with thier poor signal quality. I do not want to get a satellite dish, so i am stuck with NTL. Not much of a choice, eh?

There's a few threads on their DVD if you are considering getting it - it's not great - you can't explicitly schedule recording of a 'series', you can't delete a repeat recording, issues around not being allowed watch recorded programmes, or recording failures.

No DVD for me, I have heard some of the stories about it. I'm just going for the bare minimum from these guys - It's truly amazing how screwed up this company really is....
