Multiple court summons for driving without full license

My brother has about 6 different court summons for driving on his own with a 1st provisional license, these were all for stoppages which took place prior to the 25th May, as he got his full licence on the 26th May. I(in advance of the deadline set by the government!!!) Does anyone know what the likely outcome of this will be? Or do you know if he can have all of them dealt with at once, as he has 2 summons for Sept, 1 for Oct, 1 for Nov and 1 for Dec in Cork... but is working in Dublin???

Didn't really learn his lesson, did he ?

The judge is not gonna like seeing that kind of record. He was required to have a licenced driver with him, didn't and got caught...over and over and over.

It was always illegal to drive on own on the first provisional nothing changed on this, it was only the second prov that you could drive alone.

The Gardai generally turned a blind eye though.

That's what I was thinking.. I don't know one person to go to court under the old law.... makes you wonder why one person would be caught that many times ?
