Help!

All the humidity is making my hair totally out of control. I'm beginning to look like Monica in that episode of Friends where they went to Barbados and her hair just kept getting bigger and bigger!

Does anyone have any tips? My hair is fine enough ... but there is a lot of it, and while it is normally quite straight it is now going into waves and curls all over the place and driving me mad!

Thanks

Hiya,

I had the exact same problem until I started using Kerestese Shampoo and conditioner. They are expensive compared to what you would buy in a supermarket but well worth it.

I have bleach blonde hair which makes it even worse, but after using Kerestese its in tip top condition!

Anti Frizz ************************** applied sparingly when hair is dry.. eg Schwarzkopf Osis magic.. only sold in salons.

Having the same problem myself at the moment! Hair is nice and straight when I leave the house but by the time I get to the office it's just a mass of frizz & curls!

Advice very welcome!

I am going to purchase some Kerastase this evening and see how it goes.

Is it really expensive?

It's approx €13 - €20 depending on what you buy. It is one shampoo / conditioner that I will never be without again. Well worth the money. Masquintense Conditioner is great for keeping hair in tip-top condition.

I always end up going back to Kerastase. (Peter Mark's supply it).

I buy the salon size bottles of Kerestese in the hairdressers in the GPO arcade, its way cheaper than Peter Marks.

Go to Peter Marks first for a consultation about what one you should buy...They are the best for giving advice!

Can I ask how much they cost you and the size? I would be interested in making a trip if they were worth it.

Thanks.

Morning!

For a litre bottle of shampoo its E39 euro but in Peter Marks ir E18 for a 250ml bottle...

Also the 700ml bottle of conditioner is E50 and for 200ml bottle in Peter Marks its E22...

I use Kerastase all the time - expensive but worth it. Good tip about GPO arcade - will try them to save €.
Does anyone know where you can buy Revlon products. There's a greeny blue spray leave in product that I have only seen in hairdressers that prevents frizz. Strawberry.net don't do them..

I recently spent 6 weeks working in a country with very high humidity. My hair looked as if I stuck my fingers in an electric socket and let it frizz.

Frizease shampoo, conditioner, ************************** and gel did the job for me!

I think you mean "Two Phase". Its very good for conditioning - a lovely fresh smell too. It has green tea extracts in it. I think I paid €20 for it in the hairdressers. Unfortunately it doesn't work on my frizziness!

Thanks Guys. Actually, Frizzease might be the answer....the ************************** is quite good but I never think of buying the shampoos...
I don't know why I bother doing my hair at all though lately in this weather..
