Dunboyne - one of the 'older' estates of Milltown or Lutterall Hall..whats it like?

Hi ...

We are currently looking at purchasing a property in Dunboyne - probably in one of the 'older' estates of Milltown or Lutterall Hall....does anyone know what the area is like?? Good investment?

Maura , i would think you are better buying in Millfarm solely on the point of location, which is better than Luttrell Hall. You will be nearer a proposed rail station, nearer schools and on the dublin side of Dunboyne.Both estates are roughly valued the same.

Sorry - have been away a bit recently!Thanks for replies! Would hope to be buying the properly to live in for at least a couple of years....then would hope to sell on......would Millfarm still be best option? Any opinions on Lutterall Hall??Liked that estate myself :)
