Wonder if Obama will visit here before the elections? Think its his great grandfather came from Co. Offaly. Anybody know if he has many distant relatives there?
 
His roots are from Moneygall.

Moneygall has to be one of teh worst places in ireland.

You would drive through it in literally 25 seconds.

Moate used to be a close 2nd (took me 40 mins one weekend). But now with the bypass it will be relegated way down the league. Did the good people of Westmeath realise this?
