Question for the legal eagles...

I am looking for the legal term (description) of a collective agreement that seems to be legally flawed as it does not meet the legal requirements.

Also if the above is the case, is such an agreement null and void?

Or what would the legal term of the above scenario be ?

Too little info for the first part. Yes, to the second part: you answered that yourself - "it does not meet the legal requirements."
 
You need to provide more information, even if it is legally flawed it may be voidable as opposed to void.
