New Audi A4 convertible v Audi TT

getting a new company car this year and cant make my mind up between these two.

How do they match up?
 
Depends on what your requirments are?

In my opinion:

TT looks great, handles well
A4 looks good, handles ok
 
TT looks fantastic but I would have the A5 3.0 TDi over either of them if your budget allows and you are restricted to Audi

A4 convertible still based on the old model AFAIK. Plus, IMHO it's more of a woman's car. The TT offers more street cred for a bloke.
 
Dont think there is going to be one (but could be wrong) There is an A5 connvertible coming out in 2009 - A5 is a coupe version of the A4 therefore I would assume that will be the replacement

Not sure I can hold on until 09!
 
I know, just informing OP of arrival date of the convertible version of the A5 Coupe.
 
A4 has 4 proper seats, TT only has two (back seats are not usable). If you are looking for something flash that's great to drive the TT wins.
