Name of new development in D15

Does any one know the name of the new development going on view this weekend in Blanchardstown. It was in the property section of the Times during the week as it was all priced under €300k

Have googled etc with no avail

Did a search on myhome.ie and found "Grove Court" - 2 bed apts for €295k. Is this the one?

Sorry - had a closer look at the advert, and these are sold out (not obvious from an initial look at the site).

Its Barnwell Hansfield a Manor Park development. The selling agents are Savills . I had a look at them yesterday.
 
There was a protest at the launch yesterday. Something to do with management company problems in other parts of Ongar which involved the same developer. You'd be well advised to check this out before buying, since the same developers control the 3 management companies that the people were protesting about.
 
There was also a launch (re launch?) at Waterville, which is in Blanchardstown rather than Clonsilla/ Ongar.

I live in Waterville and love it.
 
do you know the name of the developer or estate agent for the waterville launch? would rather be there and considering the ongar one sold out ill have to keep looking

McPeakes is the estate agent or theres a new website www.waterville.ie Im there 4 mths and love it too! The park opened on sat for the showhouse viewing weekend and it was absolutely gorgeous..felt like i was in the country!! The finish of the properties is fantastic and i havent had a single (touch wood) problem since ive moved in!
 
i have been here coming up on four years and would really recommend it - went thru savills (were hok) but mcpeakes did the work re paint colours etc.

I really love my house and the area - best of luck
