Just a polite reminder.

Would those of you who prefer to drive on the middle, or right, around blind bends on narow country roads please consider the small minority of us who are still using the left.

...and would those of you who enjoy the above, but at unusualy high speeds, please be so kind as to bury yourselves in the nearest solid wall, at a safe distance from the rest of us.

Thank you.

Donie Cassidy... if you happen to have just logged on here... are you seriously trying to encourage the moron's mentioned above?

You're kidding, right? (Or should I say "left"... there, see how confusing this is already?)

When I read that story in the indo the other day, I had to check the date on the paper, to make sure it wasn't April 1st. :D

If we are going to change over should I start organising a left hand drive car and avoid the rush?!

I think Donie's plan is pure genius.

Maybe we could phase it in gradually... a county by county basis would probably work well.

I'd much prefer taking all Scandinavian & German auto owners first, followed by the Japanese/Koreans & the Italian/French autos last. That shouldn't be too difficult, pretty much like the N8 is most days anyways.

I dont know about Wexford but I remember hearing that in hilly Cork City that "up the hill have right of way!"
