I have my own company setup and was using an accounting firm that i am not happy with as they missed deadlines etc.
Presumably yes, but unfortunately the audit regulations are so difficult nowadays that most firms aren't exactly fighting for new audit clients (particularly once off's)so would a new accountant be able to get an auditor to check the accounts
and if so what sort of costs are involved in this.
Yes - if an ARD accounts deadline was missed. Unfortunately, the law is a bit of an ass in this area.it looks like i will be finishing contracting for good in the summer so is this still neccessary?
