F Frank Registered User Messages 1,842 17 Jan 2008 #2 Is it a whistle or a rattle. My passat had a split in the exhaust managed to get it fixed, exhaust used to rattle like mad at idle. Lucky enough its was weldable as it was the bit with he cat.-
