Problem with power outlet

Hi all

Im trying to power an iTrip from the missus' Focus 12v power point (not the cig lighter portal as mentioned in other posts here) and theres no joy-no power. The cig lighter doesnt work in its power point also. The iTrip in question was about 80€ as it charges the ipod too, so I dont want it be a waste of cash...

Im guessing its a matter of a blown fuse?? Can anyone tell me how to replace the fuse?

any suggestions greatly appreciated.

oooh tetchy!! There's a myriad of fuses and ford very thoughtfully DIDN'T put on the cover which fuse protects which circuit. I think you'll need the services of a garage whenever they decide to open again.Try looking for blown fuses you could get lucky.
