Window repair needed - Inchicore

Hey - live in an apartment that I own - bought it new about 6 years ago. Management company changed about 2 years ago. They don't know anything about the original building company. I can't find any reference in any phone listing, web page for them.
Now my bedroom windows are leaking and even though they are still under guarantee looks like I need to just go and get them repaired myself!

Anyone know anyone I can contact ?? Near where I live.....
 
Inchicore.....
PVC windows......facing a winter of leaky windows and blowing curtains. Might try John from the previous recommendation. Ta
