When I google something and then click on the cached option there is a series of numbers at the beginning of the web address (after http://) in the address bar.

Looks like an IP address.

If this is an IP address, whose IP address is it?

Of the google server sending you the web page.

Wasn't sure if it was my IP address or something else.
