Buying tiles in Dublin

I have looked through the website but did not find any specific topic on the best place to purchase tiles in Dublin. We got a quote for tiling in the kitchen and hallway in the amount of €3,000 + VAT and we wanted to shop around for the best ptice we could get.

Anyone have any recommendations?
 
I've used Tilestyle down near the Point a couple of times...found their prices and selection good. Plus they generally have a big sale a couple of times a year.
 
Allied Ceramic Tiles on the Longmile Road do a nice selection of tiles and are open to a bit of bartering on the price! We bought some nice italian porcelain tiles from them and are delighted with them.
 
we used right price tiles, good selection and got the kitchen floor, hall and downstairs toilets tiles for 700 euro, good quality polished porcelain as well..
 
oreilly21, was that price just for the tiles or did you get them laid for that aswell?
Do the big tile stores lay tiles for you or do you have to get a tiler yourself to do it?
