To be fair it wasn't Yachtie who brought up the subject of immigrants. The OP did for some reason that had nothing to do with her original query and to be fair it did come across to me as if her main problem was 'immigrant' renters so I think Yachtie was quiet entitled to question the generalisation of certain statements as other posters did.
 
Please note that some posters have already challenged others in regard to comments about "immigrants" which seem to be total non sequiturs and irrelevant in this thread (and others).

I'm not sure it's irrelevant because the example that Headachecity gave about what she was so worried about involved immigrants. So I don't know whether it's renters or immigrants she is really worried about.
I think she should be more worried about these neighbours staying there themselves?

I think this thread is a troll.
