Insurance for 28yo male driver who was disqualified in 2005

Can any one tell me of a insurance company that will insure a driver who was disqualified in 2005 from holdind a licence for 12 months
its for my boyfriend hes 28 provisional driver and was disqualified for noy holding a current licence
