Just a heads up lads..

I recently enquired about Imagine for broadband/calls!! I had 24hrs to cancell my order, so i cancelled 4hours later after getting a better deal elsewhere (eircom)! Now...6weeks later i get a letter from eircom stating that i have switched my service to Imagine.....i got no phone calls/ letters from imagine since the day i rang them (6weeks ago)....so they went ahead, writing to eircom to get me switched over....

I had to cancell Imagine & re-aply for eircom again!!! How annoying!

Just be carefull when ENQUIRING about a service from Imagine...

Adios

Also be aware of a 99 euro change over fee from Imagine if you change over before 12 months - is in their terms on their site under the small print

I'd say all BB companies do this? - When you break the contract.

Imagine are probably the worst company to deal with. I moved out of my parents home last September and rang Imagine to ask them to change the account name from mine to my mothers. After numerous phone conversations and one letter I finally got them to change it over in April. But, they are still sending invoices to an email account in my name that is not in use even though I have stated in writing and on the phone that my parents want their bill posted. I have rang them at least once a month and am assured that the request has been taken care of but it obviously hasn't. I would advise anyone to steer clear of Imagine.

Yes - but you're situation is quite unique, don't you think?
You'd hardly stay away from a company based on a one in a million experience (such as changing the name) I'd say most ppl know who's name the a/c will stay in, at least for a while even though, yes, i'd say imagine should have performed better for you.

I agree that imagine are a disaster...

When i tryed to explain my situation to their customer service, they hung up on me twice!! I could'nt believe it....
I eventually had to ask for a manager.....

stay clear of imagine...
