Transformers movie

Man alive - wasn't expecting much but what a crazy movie! It was absolutly hilarious and full throttle all the way for 2.5hrs. Was expecting a total kids movie and brain dead effort but this was quirky and witty all the way through.
Anybody else see it?

I'm planning on seeing it very soon in the cinema...heard great things about it!

Went to see it, and although its a bit above the average summer blockbuster popcorn movie, its wasn't the best of the year.... Much preferred Die Hard 4.0.
In transformers defence the story wasn't as predictable as most blockbusters, they didn't take the easy route (ie her ex being shown that Shia was the better man, etc...). But don't like a movie when the final scene screams 'sequel'...

Needs to be seen on the big screen, i've watched in the cinema and at home and no comparison........
