Turn Right off The Green to Dawson St.?

Coming from the Cuffe St. corner of St. Stephens Green, can you go right the way around The Green and take a right down Dawson St.?

Then at the end of Dawson St. can you only turn right onto Nassau St?

How so? At least one of the cameras covers the area in question.

One of the cameras does cover Dawson St. alright, but just that street in isolation.
Would you take a look at the snapshot (not a live feed) before you leave the house and expect the traffic to be similar when you arrived (for me about 25-30 minutes later)?

I was just looking for opinions from people that usually drive through that area at that time as to what the traffic is usually like.....

yesterday evening was a complete nightmare on nassau street, this was after 615 and was probably due to the rain. if it's not raining traffic should be okay at that time in that area, even if it is raining by that time 730 it should be alright
