1. I see the forum on Bev is closed, I want to ask a specific money related question in relation to her, nothing to do with the previous forum on her - can I do this? Could I send the question in advance to see if it's alright?

2. I saw a forum where someone is banned, how do we know what they were banned for and I saw someone previously (about 2 months ago) who was banned, they said they were banned, how can they still send posts? Just curious.

3. Is there a spellcheck, I often forget to cut & paste it to word to spellcheck, as I don't write much nowadays my spelling is not so hot but my typing is real fast leading to errors.

I can answer 2 & 3....

2. You can check someone posts by click on their name on the left and find posts button..... chances are they will be banned for one of the last posts on there ....... you can't post when you are banned, but if you posted before the ban you name will appear with banned under it on old posts...

3. If you download Firefox 2 you can spell check on any web site

1. I don't understand-if it's a general finance issue, e.g. bankruptcy, go ahead and asl. If it is to do with her own finances, please ask elsewhere.

2. If someone has been banned on foot of specific posts, it is likely that the posts in question have been deleted/removed. Most of the time their other posts will be left in place. We generally don't disclose the reasons to any other than the member who has been banned.

3. There is no spellcheck facility on Askaboutmoney.

Do you see the little 'ABC' button to the top right of the text input pane? This links to ieSpell (applet download required) for those using explorer. As mentioned above, FireFox 2+ contains a built in spell checker.

Sometimes bans are lifted for various reasons.
