Can anyone please translate the below in to French for me......



Dear Sir/Madam,

I wish to confirm my reservation for 2 triple rooms from 21 June to 25 June.

I wish to inform you that we will be arriving late on Thursday night. We expect to arrive at the hotel at around midnight.

Je voudrais vous informer que nous arriverons tard le soir du 21 juin. Nous comptons arriver à l'hôtel vers minuit.

Just add the exact number of nights - ie 4 nights or whatever
 
I could certainly provide an imperfect version but you would be better trying google language tools. Just simplify the wording a little to avoid ambiguities e.g. 'should' instead of 'expect'. maybe leave out 'I wish to inform you' etc - just be direct, if you use 'Monsieur' & 'je vous remercie' (instead of mercie) you will still come accross as polite.

Google language tools is usually close enough.

Je tiens à vous signaler également que nous arriverons assez tard le soir du 21 juin : nous comptons arriver à l'hôtel vers minuit. J'éspère que cela ne pose pas problème?
