Helicopters in Ranelagh

Anyone hear helicopters late at night circuling Ranelagh last week? very noisey?I think it was last wedneday & Thurs. Just curious why???!!!
 
Probably the Gardai. You see them around every now and then tracking joy riders, etc.
 
I believe that they were searching for a Rotweiller that has been wandering the area aimlessly for the past couple of weeks...

You want to try living anywhere near the M50 and around 11oc at night they regularly arrive. Like Leo says tracking joyriders supposedly.
