Hi All

I am looking at buying a new motor (new model mini one:21950 euro )and being quoted the following regarding the finance from AIB

480 euro per month at 8.5% for 60 months.....seems a bit on the high side

Does anybody know of better deals????

BOI , Permanent TSB, Halifax, Ulster bank and GE money ( to mention a few ) all have online calculators which will give you quotes.
 
All of the above have websites (as have Tesco) which will give an indication of their rates.

Beware 'car finance' deals as these are often in the form of hire purchase agreements.
 
Sorry for going off line on this but aren't cars really expensive here...you are going to pay 5,760 per year AFTER tax for a mini for the next 5 years. That's 10 or 11 grand a year gross for the next 5 years.....

Not meant as an opinion of your particular choice Lamb, but just a general observation....

Who are ya telling....:( got a little better quote off hailfax 434 euro over 60 months @ 7.2%
