Real Player/Windows Media Player

hi,
i'm trying to listen to the Tour de France audio at work. The audio had been playing on Real Player just fine but int he past half hour that seems to have gone and will only play with Windows Real Player. The problem is that there is no sound at all and I'm going mad!

how do I get the sound back on? any ideas would gladly be welcomed

Anybody know how to check the size (GB's) of my music collection in Windows Media Player 11? It always showed it in Version 10. I have tried Google and just cant find the answer.

Right-click Documents and Settings\<user name>\My documents\My music and then select Properties.
