Finglas to Tallaght on a Friday Morning

Will need to drive from Finglas to Tallaght (Plaza Hotel) on a few Friday mornings in the future. Can anyone advise best route and approximate journey time please..Need to be there for 8.30am.
 
Hi Lauren,
We go from Glasnevin Ave to ParkWest (1/2 way) , we leave the house at 6.45 - drive down, the finglas\derry road to ballyboggan road. Go over the bridge to Rathoath road, at the roundabout take the 3rd exit (right hand turn) on to nephin road.

Drive to the end of nephin road, take the left turn on to blackhorse ave.
Drive to the end of blackhorse ave, turn right on to the north circular, left onto infirmary road.

Go then on to chapelizod. Over the bridge, and take the first left after the bridge - this brings you to ballyfermot.
Drive through ballyfermot - keep going straight I think this will bring you to the kileen road and on to the nangor road.

It takes us 30 minutes in the am to get to park west..
 
Go around the M50. Leave at 7.10 and you will get there before 8.00. Then have your breakfast and a short walk before work.
 
Ok thanks to you both...so the M50 wouldn't be too bad at 7.10 then? Great...its probably the easiest..I can get brekkie in the hotel.
 
I'm not so sure - we used to go on the M50 - at the same time as we leave now and it was backed up to finglas... same journey length but no toll
 
we leave roughly 6.45, it could be after that . there is very little traffic on the route we go apart from chapleizod.... which can get a little backed up but in general you are always moving...
 
M50 backed up to Finglas at 6.45am?

- true - it does move though - it used to take us 45 minutes to get to park west from Finglas via the M50 - we'd be leaving the house at about that time....
