Euromillions Lottery by email?

I've had an email from "the Desk of Vice President Euro Millliones (sic) Lottery" saying that I'm one of 10 winners of the Euromillions EMAIL lottery. I assume it's another one of these hoaxes. Anybody else heard of it?
