last year i wanted to get my hair coloured there and for a patch test they wanted to charge me 50euro, which would not be refunded if i ended up getting my colour with them!
they were very cheeky about it too,
i used to go to toni and guy on dame st. but the city centre is too far out of the way.
i would not recommend it in my opinion but up to you
