Rolling Stones for Slane?

is it true that the stones are coming to slane this year,ive heard rumours that they are but nothing in concrete........
any info would be apprecieated

Ticket prices are a bit mad though. €86 for general admission and €156 for seating. Can't imagine what seating would be like at Slane but that's what they said on the radio this morning.

I'm going anyway, should be a good gig.

Pricey alright - I see Rod Stewart is about 70 euro cheaper when he's here in July, maybe the closer these guys get to pension age the more they charge .

It seems I have gold circle tickets. Does anyone know what this means at Slane? I suppose it must just mean closer to the stage.

Sold out about 11am I believe

Got my ticket but had to put it on missus CC as left mine in work....really

Gold area is the mosh pit dont think there will be much moshing around

That's good - should be a laugh! Somebody else bought my ticket and I just said to get anything except seating.

We went to see them last year in Munich and it was an excellent show....really looking forward to seeing them again.

Start by not buying the tickets. Along as you (and others) keep buying, they are going to keep charging. They'd be mad not to.
