Back Pain and foot Orthotics

Anyone have any experience of the above.

I have back pain all up my left hand side with pain in the pelvic and hip areas aswell and occasionally some pain around the knee.

WAs pain free for a long time but has now returned since I've begun running again. Chiropractor says it a collapsing arch problem. anyone in a simialr boat?

I have exactly the same problem, got the orthotics which helped a lot - I had totally collapsed arches. MBT's also helped me when I was walking but the main aggravation was running on the road, so I had to switch to mostly running on the threadmill -road running is the killer!. This week I did a long run on the road and the pain came back so I tried accupuncture and I have to say the problem in my knee and leg is gone completely - back pain is still there but I have a few more sessions to go!. best of luck
