Noisy Tank in Attack?

Hi Folks,
The tank in our attic is making a constant noise.
It can be quite annoying for any guests as it is directly above the guest room and is quite loud.
Anyone know what this could be?
Someone mentioned to me that you can get a silencer for it??
Any ideas what this is?
I'd prefer to get the problem fixed rather than a workaround for it.
Any help appreciated.

I think the silencer goes on the cab mounted weaponary. The noise from the tank manoevering may be a litle more difficult to quiten as tracks tend to be quite noisy on timber rafters .

Id be more concerned about the noise of the crew....

Didn't realise there were two pages. If we had that smiley where people bang their heads against the wall I'd use it!
