Is VHI cover sufficient for states and worldwide travel?

Hi
Am travelling to NZ and oz where I will be working for 3 months in each country. Have 1 week in USA en route and 10 days in asia on way back. Do you think VHI global is sufficient or would I need to buy a travel insurance policy( continuous policy) which is E350?

Thanks slump,
That only works if your return date is within 60 days I think. I am abroad for 6 months.

They have a global worldwide that covers the usa but its 220 quid a month!

You will probably get a better deal by shopping around, 220 per month seems steep!!
