I came accross this site today and I am laughing since. This is truly entrepeneurial. I have a question.

Is what you buy on this site legally binding? Do you really own a 1 foot piece of land or are you really buting a certificate?

Hadn't spotted the Irish version before, but have seen the moon ones (think they might do Mars too but not sure), "own a piece of ever State" ones... getting more and more common.

A legal document? I doubt it. If so the moon ones should be a tad more expensive (might buy up a few for Christmas and then sue NASA for littering my land).

How would you find out it is legally binding? I have emailed them to ask them but they are off till after xmas. I dont see any terms and conditions on their site. This trully amazes me? I actually came accross a few months ago two lads from ireland had patented a mix of shamrock and peat. Market for when your loved one dies that you could throw a piece of the old sod into the grave. Also I think very clever? Cannot find the article o this? Anyone here know where to find that article?

Forget about that site. Just send me €10K and I'll send you a certificate of ownership for O'Connell Bridge!

This [broken link removed] is my favourite, especially the [broken link removed] letters. Kind of like "Dear John" gone serious.

"We are also very grateful to the students of St Nathy's College, Ballaghaderreen, Co. Mayo, for their petition; to the numerous expatriates from the West, keen to come back; and to their mothers who stayed. "

probably time for moving to Shooting the Breeze?
