Is is possible to be over the drink driving limit when drinking non-alcoholic beer? I was reading some of the labels and the alcohol levels can differ from 0.3%(Becks) - 0.5%(Erdinger). Say if you had 5 non alcoholic beers during the night out would that put a person at risk of being over the limit?

Heard an interesting one on the radio the other day...from a doctor.

Our drink-drive limit is .8

In most countries it's .5

To comply with a .5 you can have 1 pint in the first hour and a half pint in every subsequent hour ad infinitum.
So our laws are not that draconian.
These quantities are for a man, average height, average weight.

heard this one before. in theory you can drink all night and not be over the limit , provided you drink at the pace your system is processing the alcohol. personally I don't believe it can be done and I am not going to try it. have noticed on lads nights out though that sometimes towards the end of the night that I slow down anyway but at that stage I am usually as pissed a newt :)

So ... if a person drank 5 beers in quick succession, there's every chance of being over the limit..... but surely over an evening the risk is low.
