Looking to source reasonably priced good quality semi solid or solid wide plank oak floors. I have seen some lovely semi solid re-engineered semi solid oak floors, but expensive at 70 euro per sq metre. We do not have undefloor heating and so we will not re-engineered floors.

Looking for a good finish, not shiny, more matt.
can you recommend some good providers?

Need about 150 sq. meters of wood.

I got a price for a nice Oak wide plank in Irwins in castleblayney (Co. Monagahan) a while back.
Similar to yourself I didn't want a shiny finish. It was a solid european white oak, wide plank, presealed with a brushed finish, Quite matte and more expensive looking than it was! Really nice!!
I think I was quoted around 54 EURO per sq yard not 100% sure.

Got this type of oak from Walsh Wood Flooring, Kiltimagh, Co. Mayo.
