trip to rome 2

hi again thanks for all youre responses for my last post.

once again i ask a question as regards arriving into ciampino airport at 12 midnight with a ryanair flight. The thing is that its very late at night time and i want to make sure that we can get into the centre of rome to a hotel pretty quickly if we can. I do know that theres a bus service but i dont know if they run a bus at that time of night. The last thing i want to do is get a taxi as i have been told that they do take advantage of the situation at that time of night and charge €50 for the 10 minute journey to the centre. Can anybody let me know any information on this matter. Thanks

Having recently come from there,Terravision is an excellent bus service,at 2am in the morning will let you off outside Termini station (main railway station) My advice is have your taxi organised by your hotel dont get caught like me and expect taxis, when there are none.Book decent accomodation,and beware of pickpockets,at all times.Some hotels would be classified here as hostels.
