How to find out name of Management Company

Hi Everybody,

How would I go about finding out the property management companys name that looks after my potential new home?

and change of subject when do the clocks go back.
 
Did your solicitor not give you the management handbook when you signed?

Other than that i'd maybe ring the builders?
 
As far as I know, your solicitor should have given you the name and VAT reg no of the Management Company. Also if you have paid any management fees, you should have been given a reciept for payment which will have all the details on it. If you are renting, your landlord is legally obliged to give you the details of the Managment Company
 
Company or agent? What do you want to know?

In all likelihood, the name of the Management Company will be something like

Another Development Management Company Limited

The agent will be repsonsible for day-to-day issues-is this who you want to contact?

Bear in mind that an agent may not be in place at this stage, espcially if it is a new build.
 
Can anyone tell me when management fees are due? Does it depend on when you move in or is everyone required to pay before a certain date in the year? I am going to contact solicitor also to discuss
