Portable DVD repairs

My sister bought an orbit portable DVD player in gran canaria a few weeks ago but another sister dropped it on her - is there anywhere in dublin that specialise in portable dvd repair.

Probably true - there is a place in Fairview (AVRS, Windsor Avenue) that takes in DVD players for assessment and repair, but it's about €70 for the assessment. You could get a 7" portable DVD player for around €120.
