I wonder what legal implications this could have to Irish people taking part in this war. There are mercenarys available here in Ireland- employed by Irish mercenary companys- "working" in Iraq.
Bertie asked the IRA to come with clean sheets after the latest agreements in June. And -whoops- more then half a dozen mercenary companys registered their "bussiness" within the following week.With hundreds of staff already employed. Their declared professional field-I cite- is "to provide services to the army".......

If what heinbloed says is correct and ex-IRA men are working as mercenaries in Iraq by the hundred then that is a story.

Esp. when one particular company has their office in an ex(?)- barrack of the official Irish Army, in Ballincollig/Cork registered .....
