Any recommendations for builder in Swords area?

I was hoping somebody might be able to recommend a builder out Swords area.

Just closed on a house there, and need to get some work done.
It involves (taking down supporting wall between kitchen & dining) converting the garage to a room, and adding a conservatory/sunroom (13 x 12) to back of house.

Any comments would be gratefully appreciated. There does seem to be a huge varience in prices ect, and would prefer to have a recommendation.

they built a thatched cottage for a friend of mine in north dublin and a creche for another neighbour. they are due to do my house next year. Two qualified civil engineers - know their stuff. Not the cheapest - but worth it!
