can anyone tell me anything about environmental statements - i believe more for a domestic build
- what they are
- why you need them/ use them
- who do you get to do one
- are there forms etc
i dont know! i was just told i'd need an environmental statement!
- dont know if they mean a tree survey
- or an impact statement
i initially assumed the first?!!!?
This would be quite unusual for a normal domestic build.
I'd presume it's part of a PP application?
Any obvious potential environmental impacts which the authority may be concerned about?
Any additional info you may be able to provide (is it a large construction? is it in a sensitive area? any additional info which came with the "you'll need an environmental statement" comment?) could help get the information you require.
