Olcovar - Shankill, Dun Laoghaire Rathdown / South East Co Dublin

Hi,

Last week the second phase in Olcovar – Shankill was launched. For the first time three bedroom + study townhouses were on offer. I viewed the houses over the weekend and a few mid-terraced houses (1200 sft) for €725k were left. The show house looks nicely done and the development and the area seems to be nice too. I think the price is a little bit on the high side. Any thoughts?

It seems to be the norm for houses in the area. Shankill certainly isn't cheap! The development is nice and they are built to a high standard. €725k does sound a lot for a 3 bed house but when you see the features it almost justifys it in comparison to other houses in the area and what they are asking!

Where in Ireland is this place? Nearly every county in Ireland has a Shankill.
