Unauthorised access to my google account

Hi

Should i be concerned about this, please see attached.

Is this a breach of my data or rights?

I havent contacted google about it yet. Only got this email today.

This was an actual Google software glitch. Along with the many others who received the original emails this week I was alarmed, but a quick Google search (the irony) told me that there was no card safety issue.
 
The detail is sparce though. It just says my account was accessed by someone who wasnt authorised. Few questions spring to mind.

1. Who accessed my account
2.From where
3. When did this happen
4. How were they able to
5. Why did they access my account, What did they do or try to do
6. Whats been done to stop it happening again
7. How was this identified

It says in the email that no information was accessed. They just sent you some emails that weren't relevant to you.
 
They said in the email that:

  1. There was unauthorised access to my google account.
  2. That my data wasnt compromised.
Main things id like to know who accessed my account and how it happened and whats been done to protect from happening again. Its concerning that someone was able to access my account regardless of google tellin me no data compromised.

The email says there was no unauthorized access

The email says "there was no unauthorised access to your Google account."

The original emails sent out through a software error said that a card had been added to your Google Pay. It hadn't.

They said there was no unauthorised access to your account!
