Transferring Ownership of house to beneficiary of will - but is a minor

Hi I am the executor of a will and the parent of the beneficiary. I have the folio number of the property how do I go change the ownership to the beneficiary (minor) or do I need to get the property in my name until they become of age? Can I do this without engaging a solicitor

When it comes to property I would not do this; why try and save a (relatively) small amount of money on such a large value asset.
