How long does it take to know if you are approved on Affordable Housing Scheme?

How long does it take to know if you have been approved , after you submit your application with the affordable housing scheme ?

I'm not familiar with the Affordable Housing Scheme but reading the Citizens' Information page would lead one to believe that each local authority run their own scheme. In light of that would it be best if you were to mention which authority you are applying to?

Thanks for your reply. I've applied with Fingal County Council. I checked online but couldn't find a timeframe..
They opened a while ago and I'm thinking that I am probably too late

I applied August 2023 with the local authority, I was contacted in November for further docs and was given offer of property in Feb 2024.
