There should be no break fee for the 5 and 3 year fixed rate.
I monthly overpay my 5 year fixed and AIB so far never charged a breakfee. According to my understanding AIB would need to reduce the fixed rate for 1,2 and 4 years in order to have a break fee or the 3 and 5 year rate.
In case o doubt ask or a breakfee. (personally I do not bother).
I just transfer rom my crrent account to my mortgage account.
