Bank of Ireland mortgage suspense account

Hi

I can't bear to have to call BOI mortgages again, would anyone have the suspense account to hand? Mortgages have to be paid into a suspense account with teh mortgega number as a reference, it seem to take them 3-5 working days to process the payment onto the actual mortgage then.

It will be on any statement.

Side note: I can't believe they use a generic IBAN for all mortgages. Surely it makes more sense to give each one its own. It must be so manual to do it.

It probably the reason it takes them 3-5 working days to credit a payment, yet SEPA is 1 day. I found the "Generic" account number on the back, it is IE16 BOFI 9000 3399 9477 03
